I am a certified Life Coach who is recently qualified. My day to day work is involved with constant training and coaching where I support individuals to perform at the highest level. I have years of experience to support and coach individuals in their new professional to pick up skills and knowledge. My Coaching diploma helped me to understand better the mental side of the process and be able to practice all theories. I can provide you space and time for yourself to consider thoughts and feelings, in a professional non-judgmental way. No one to tell you what to do you are the driver, I will try to challenge and motivate as well as inspire you. This process will leading to the required outcome. I hold myself accountable to be able to connect to my client and providing a safe and absolute confidential space where they can thrive and be able to open up their thoughts and feelings freely.

As well as I believe, through building robust relationships with my clients that I demonstrate empathy and genuine support. Whilst confidentiality is key, safeguarding and operating within the law are paramount to me. If an issue arises outside of my remit, I will refer the matter to the relevant bodies.
Ensure that my behaviours operate within the ethical standards of behaviour of the ICF/Global Code of Ethics. The challenge of working ethically means that coaches sometimes face unexpected issues that require responses and resolution of dilemmas.
