I have five years of teaching experience and I have read extensivly on the teaching of Maths. In my own practice I have found ways to incorporate various global methods of Maths teaching into the UK curriculum and it has had great success with pupils of all abilities. My pedagogy is a student-led and assessment based learning strategy which enables any areas of challenge to be identified and tackled swiftly as well as creating lessons which inspire and motivate pupils because they are linked to the pupils interest.
