I would use the set out curriculum ,engage my students in my subject, complete learning outcomes designated to each lecture. I would initiate using visuals ,texts and class activity to impact knowledge and assess my students understanding of my teachings. With my experience of teaching English language for one year, i will be able to measure my students cognitive ability and response to my teachings , then also co ordinate and have an improved set of well rooted English students.
