Highly experienced and outstanding Maths teacher of all levels up to A level Further Maths and International Baccalaureate

I have 28 years experience in Maths teaching and am currently a teacher in a leading independent school teaching the Further Maths at GCSE and at A level. I have an MSc in Education Leadership and Management which allowed me to reach Senior Team level. I am currently a serving teacher of Maths with vast experience teaching ages 11 to 18 years from SATs to GCSE to A level. I also have experience in delivering Core Maths and the International Baccalaureate. I love teaching and enjoy good relationships with students.
I believe Mathematics should be explained clearly because it can be complex and with my experience I recognise the common misconceptions that students will face. I believe that students should be given opportunities to practise their skills but also need to learn how to apply it into unfamiliar scenarios. This is the real use for mathematics. I have extensive experience in tutoring aswell with a vast portfolio of clients built up over several years.
