I will firstly explain the content and depending on how fast the students understands the work I will set my pace of teaching the content based on their understanding .Then go through questions to cement their understanding and this will be done together with me.Then another set of questions will be given to let them practise and see if theres any gaps in their knowledge.This process can be done via groups or one to one sessions
