Personally I believe I’m an ambition , hardworking and compassionate individual whose lessons would be aimed at students under 16.

Teaching is one of my passions , which I acquired while undertaking a year’s worth of volunteering helping younger children ( lower secondary school level ) with their reading skills. Due to this , this experience has taught me that you first need to identify a students weakness by consistently listening to them or watching them perform a certain task and then once identified you have to make a thorough plan that will help them overcome their struggles over time , whether that would be making them write a word bank weekly if they struggle with understanding the context in a book or just encouraging them to read 1-2 hours weekly outside of lessons in order to help build their confidence and fluency in reading.
