Study skills, progression & next steps and life skills tutor - supporting young people to fulfil their potential

Hi! I am Lucy and I love working with students to help them stay on track with their coursework and find great opportunities to move onto after studying. My background is in Art and Design but I have worked with students across many different subjects including most recently those studying Animal Care so I have lots of knowledge about the industry and how to get into a dream career.

My specialities include study skills such as organisation, revision and target setting to stay on track, life skills such as money management, progression support such as researching careers, finding and applying for volunteering/work experience, job and university applications and CV writing, starting your own business and emotional wellbeing support.

I have a degree in Fine Art, am a qualified Post 16 Teacher, and have qualifications in Tutoring, Support & Guidance and Young Peoples Mental Health. I have experience of and enjoy working with a children/young people across all ages from 5-25 including those with SEN and Mental Health needs.

My drive is to support young people to thrive in education and find their passion.
