I am a confident and supportive Maths teacher with strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly to learners of different abilities. My strengths include adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs, using a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support understanding, and helping students build both accuracy and logical thinking. I work well as part of a team and provide effective support during lessons by encouraging participation, monitoring progress, and giving constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
