I am a self-motiviated, hard-working, and empathetic individual who inspires to help students achieve their personal goals.

Initially I would assess the learners' command of english in order to plan the lessons according to their level of knowledge and expectation. For example, I would start the lesson with a warm up activity to refresh their memories of previous taught materials. Then go through the aims and objectives of the lesson. I preplan my lessons to be less intimidating by using multi-media (audio-visual) examples to be more appealing to the learner. Going through each step, I'll make sure that the learner has understood the taught material. At the end of the session, I will do a re-cap activity to briefly review what we've learned during the session.
