I have a GCSE in English language and English Literature I can fluently speak and write English and I can also read English

Currently, I am doing a degree in Human Resources Management and this is my first year and before this I had done a foundation year to build up my knowledge on business and during that time I was course representative for my class where my role was to provide help to students if they where struggling on any modules. I worked with a lot of international students in my class and sat down with them to hear out their problems such as how they are finding their work and do they need any help or answering any questions that the lectures had such as how are they feeling do they need assistance etc.

This helped me alot as I was able to gain skills such as empathy and listening skills and help them with work that they were struggling on.
