There is always a scope for new learnings and growth and hence i am always open to new knowledge

I love being a friendly facilitator to my students instead of just dictating concepts to them. I make sure i give them a chance to speak more and explain the concepts in a summary in a role reversal technique. I make sure to end my classes with some open ended questions to promote critical thinking amongst them.
