Physics & Maths tutor who has just been through examination process, achieving all 9s at GCSE and predicted 4 A*s at A–Level

Hi I’m Zaia and I am a year 13 student studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry in which I am predicted 4A*s.As well as being very academically focused I am also a keen sportsman and very sociable, which I have found helps build better relationships with students. As someone who has recently been through the examination process, achieving straight 9s at GCSE, I know exactly what it is like and exactly what you need to do to succeed. Throughout my 2 years of tutoring I have helped 10+ students of all abilities reach their potential, consequently I have gained significant experience in tailoring lessons to the students weaknesses in order to increase their confidence as well as understanding.
A typical lesson with me would start with me asking if there is anything in particular the student would like to cover (feel free to contact me before the lesson if anything comes up). If not then I provide some questions of a range of topics which students usually find difficult before consolidating where their gaps may be and aiming to build confidence in those areas. My lessons are very flexible to the student and am more than happy to change topics to whatever the student would like to do if they feel they are confident with what I am currently providing.
Ultimately I aim to help my students start to enjoy Maths & Physics as well as improve results as when the two come hand in hand it is a recipe for success.
