Qualified with a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development and has a Level 3 Award in Assessing. Has also achieved the BTEC Diploma Level 5 in Education and Training. Equipped with a full clean driving licence and own transport for travel to work. Qualified to Numeracy Level 2 and has a Joint Honours 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Television. Passionate about motivating and encouraging others to achieve their full potential. A confident communicator who can deliver engaging training sessions, build partnerships and liaise with local and international stakeholders. Fully understands the importance of adhering to contractual and internal quality assurance procedures. Enthusiastic towards further continuing professional development and is fully flexible.
