I would describe myself as a confident, empathetic, intelligent and engaging young adult. Aimed towards primary school students.

My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel confident, motivated, and capable of achieving their goals. As a private tutor, I will bring the same patience, adaptability, and creativity that I developed while supporting my younger siblings through their studies. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor my approach to their individual needs rather than using a “one-size-fits-all” method. For students who may struggle with focus or attention, I will break lessons into clear, manageable sections and add short breaks to keep energy levels high and prevent students from getting overwhelmed by the workload. To make learning feel enjoyable and less like a chore, I will incorporate interactive methods such as games, quizzes, and active recall activities that turn study sessions into engaging “fun” experiences. For learners with specific needs (learning disabilities), I will ensure resources are adapted to suit them. For example, using coloured paper, adjusting the pace of my teaching and allowing extra time for processing information. Above all, I will maintain a calm and patient teaching style, never rushing or showing frustration, and always finding new ways to explain a concept until it clicks.
