I have previous experience being tutor at Kumon in which I worked mainly with primary school children. I thoroughly enjoyed this as it helped me with developing my mental maths which was reflected in my studies for A-level maths as it made my brain work quicker and sharper. I have also helped a class of year 8 students at my school for an academic half term in which I used interactive and a lot of personal one to one guidance which they found useful as it was Maths class that were in a lower set. Teaching provides me with a sense of satisfaction as when I see a student improve and thrive it brings me pride and joy and that I , as their teacher, brought them to that standard.
