I am undergraduate lecturer and I am focus students who are studying economics and business management subjects

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am M.I.D Perera who wishes to apply to your Organization in the Lecturing Post. By completing MBA in University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, B.B.M Economics (Special) Degree (2 nd upper class and Batch top - 8th semester), programme at Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka and also I am reading my MSc in Applied Economics in Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. I have gained extensive knowledge of Economics, Econometrics and Statistics under Management. Apart from that, I have published researched papers and won the best paper in 2023. I am keen to apply this knowledge to a competitive organization like this. I am interested in doing lectures because I like working under pressure to tight deadlines as well as working as part of a team.

I have worked at Jinasena Group, Bank of Ceylon; CMA CGM shared service Lanka as Executive (shipping), Hybrid Homes as an accountant, JMC college as a sectional head, KIU as a lecturer and UTS as a Economics and Statistics Lecturer and also Unit Coordinator. And also this work experience has involved coordinating with other overseas & local groups and organizing meetings and academics as well. I feel that the experience gained in this work could successfully be transferred to a working environment. I also gained the award for the best performance in CMA CGM also.

My target is Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in teams and consistently produced good results and service delivery as evident through my work. At the same time I enjoy being part of a team & feel that these qualities would be vital for working in your place. I would welcome the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic academic team.
