I bring strong behaviour support, mentoring and inclusive practice experience, with a background in interventions, emotional development and student guidance. I teach by creating a calm, structured and supportive environment, building trust, breaking learning into manageable steps and using empathetic communication to help learners stay engaged, confident and motivated.
