Primary school children (preferable KS1)

I am a highly motivated teacher, especially when it comes to EAL children. I have worked with EAL children for over three years and therefore am aware of what support they need to progress in their learning. Regarding my style of teaching, I strive to make lessons creative and productive for children. I believe all childrens needs should be accomodated by the teacher in order for the children to develop in their learning. Concerning KS1 children, I focus on developing their phonics in order to enable them to read. I also make sure the children are learning and understanding new words so they are ready for assessments.
