In these years I have worked in a wide variety of settings. These include:
nurseries
primary and secondary schools,
colleges and universities both private and mainstream, specialist schools and colleges for learners with a range of learning difficulties and needs.

As an experienced teacher, my approach is one of nurturing the student. From Day 1 my focus will be on developing a good rapport with the learner, taking the time to get to know them and likewise allow them to get to know me. Their learning experience will be more organic, with lively discussions around the topic which I enjoy relating to their own personal passions to aid their understanding. My approach is holistic, recognising the potential for psychological hurdles and thus seeing the child first before their learning, building up their confidence first, upon which then learning can then happen.

After every session, I send a short report to parents summarising the session to aid family discussions.
