Experienced Coach and Mentor

My career has spanned high-end hospitality, FMCG buying, and brand marketing, allowing me to develop a strong combination of strategic leadership, creative thinking, and interpersonal strengths. Consequently, I believe these qualities equip me to make a meaningful contribution in a range of professional settings.
Throughout my career, I have held procurement leadership roles with respected organisations including Tesco, Virgin Group, and The Dorchester Hotel, where I managed complex operations and substantial budgets with care and precision. I have established and ran a successful retail marketing consultancy, providing brand campaigns, public relations, and experiential projects for clients across the FMCG and fresh produce sectors. These roles required not only commercial insight, but also the ability to lead projects, build relationships, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
In recent years, I have begun transitioning into the field of counselling and psychotherapy alongside a Coaching Academy Diploma to formalise past coaching and mentor experience. I am currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Integrated Counselling and Psychotherapy at Lancaster University, having already completed CPCAB Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. Alongside my academic training, I am undertaking voluntary counselling work to gain practical experience in supporting clients. This has further improved my communication skills, developed my ability to listen with empathy, and deepened my commitment to helping people work through personal challenges. The process of moving into this new field has been considered, rewarding, and firmly aligned with my long-term goals.

I have always taken care to communicate clearly, build trust with clients and colleagues, and contribute positively to any team I join. Whether I am leading a procurement strategy or supporting someone through a personal issue, I approach my work with thoughtfulness, patience, and a genuine sense of responsibility. I believe this combination of business experience and emerging clinical knowledge allows me to understand and respond to challenges in a thoughtful and well-rounded way.
