I bridge the learning gap between school education and realistic learning for higher grade students.

I feel student learns better from a teacher who is friendly and approachable. I follow a 3 division rule in my class where first few minutes is for introduction and bonding with student, second and major slot is for conceptual understanding and problem-solving and final few minutes is for conclusion and summary of the whole session. I like to map the concept learned with real life scenarios that is interesting for students and also help them to do the same as they grow.
