I offer calm, supportive one-to-one online sessions for GCSE and A-level students who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or under pressure around exams, prelims, and academic expectations.
I work with students to manage exam stress, reduce anxiety, improve focus and motivation, and build confidence in their ability to cope with revision and assessment demands.
