I tutor by creating a supportive, engaging and personalised learning environment. I first assess the student’s current understanding and identify areas for improvement. I then break complex topics into simple, manageable steps, using clear explanations, examples and practical activities. I encourage students to ask questions and think independently rather than simply giving them answers. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning needs and regularly use quizzes, practice questions and feedback to track progress and build confidence. I also focus on making lessons enjoyable and motivating, helping students develop a positive attitude towards learning. I set achievable goals and celebrate progress while addressing mistakes constructively. I use a combination of discussion, demonstrations, exam-style questions and revision techniques to strengthen understanding and improve performance. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades, but also to develop their confidence, independence, communication skills and ability to apply what they have learned.
