My name is Darwin Vic. Martinez Dominguez, I´m a Cuban-American (EU/Spanish passport) Neurolanguage Coach & ESL/ EFL specialist living and teaching in Spain for the last 27 year.
After 20 years running my own language consultancy agency; working abroad as ESL trainer and as DoS, now I am self-employed and looking forward to embark in new challenging project.
The last 5 years, before Covid19, I was working in UK at Rugby School (Rugby) & Kent´s University (Canterbury). Besides that, I was also working in Madrid teaching in house for companies such as: Delloite, Telefonica, ASCAR, ECIJA, BOOGURU, etc.
These last 3 year, (after Covid19) I decided to go fully remote. So, I went one step ahead and my online work became a permanent job until the end of the restrictions.
Nowadays, I am looking forward to going back to the classroom if possible.
Having the opportunity to put my input, effort and dedication into your organization would be a great opportunity for me.
I think I could add value to your product because I have been in this field for a long time; 25 to 28 years give or take teaching English at different levels throughout my career, managing & training teachers, creating material for different syllabuses, etc.

• 12 years’ experience managing teachers and clients at my own company.

• Using Neurolanguage Coaching®, E.S.L Language Coaching techniques as well as the Natural Way of Learning methodology and the E.S.L Communicative Approach, I have been able to get great results in my teaching experience here in Madrid. Both, In-Company and private.

• I´m willing to learn and open to new ways of E.S.L teaching.
• 8 years of experience running, designing, tailoring summer camp programs for Americans and Spanish students.
