I teach 3D Art - for video games, design projects, virtual reality and more!

Advert description
I have 6+ years experience on games such as Hogwarts Legacy, Alan Wake Remastered and 3 other (still secret!) Triple A titles, alongside multiple VR and immersive experiences.

If there's a specific personal project you have in mind (e.g. designing a room, visualising a product or something you want to make just for fun), I would absolutely love to help you bring it to life.

All skill levels, ages, genders & backgrounds are welcome. I have ADHD myself, so I am especially welcoming to people with neurodiversities - I know how tricky learning can be if it's not delivered in the right way. I will make sure everyone feels comfortable.

We can cover everything from art theory, traditional art skills, concepting, 3D modelling, texturing, lighting all the way to rendering a finished usable asset or environment in Unreal Engine!

Personalising your learning is important, so we can hone in on exactly what it is you need from me. I will see where you're currently up to, and work with you to focus our lessons on the right things, all whilst making it fun and catering to your interests. I will ensure we do not waste time covering things you do not want to - you're the boss!

I also offer portfolio reviews, feedback and advice for you to get yourself up to industry standard - if you don't want or need practical tutoring. Receiving and acting on feedback is such an important part of the role as a 3D Artist, and polishing your work in the right way makes all the difference when you're applying for jobs.

I loved working with Beth! She is incredibly friendly, and patient when there were things I didn't quite grasp. I'm not good with computers at the best of times, but she made sure to always cater to what I needed, and didn't rush me through things I didn't understand. I always felt comfortable during our time together, and could ask any questions no matter how silly I thought they might be.
