Personalized Tutoring: Experience in developing and delivering tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs, learning styles, and academic goals. In my experience i believe that the best way to improve a students progress in learning is to design personalized lesson plans based on each student’s current knowledge level, learning style, and academic goals. After they managed to reach those goals i will help students prepare for exams by reviewing key concepts, practicing problem-solving, and providing constructive feedback on assignments.
