I am an experienced and qualified Business Lecturer with extensive experience delivering Business, Economics and Management programmes across GCSE, A Level, BTEC Level 2/3, HNC/D, and Access to HE. In my previous roles in FE Colleges and Sixth Forms across London, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, I have successfully planned and delivered engaging and differentiated lessons, developed schemes of work, monitored student progress, and improved learner achievement and retention. I am skilled in assessment, internal verification, pastoral support, and preparing students for exams, coursework and university progression. I hold a strong background in curriculum development, quality assurance and team collaboration, and I am committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment in line with Ofsted requirements.
