Advert description
I am an Economics graduate with an Upper Second-Class BA (Hons), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Economics from Queen Mary University of London. My academic background includes economic theory, econometric analysis, data interpretation and the use of software such as EViews. I have also applied analytical and problem-solving skills throughout my professional career in investment management, supply chain, procurement and project management.
My lessons are aimed at beginners, GCSE and A-Level students, first-year university students, or anyone who wants to develop a clearer understanding of Economics. I understand that economic concepts can initially seem complicated, so I explain each topic in simple language and use practical, real-world examples to make it easier to understand.
Each lesson will be tailored to the student’s ability, goals and preferred learning style. I can support students with microeconomics, macroeconomics, supply and demand, market structures, inflation, unemployment, fiscal and monetary policy, international trade, exam preparation, essay structure and interpreting economic data. Lessons may include structured explanations, diagrams, practice questions, past-paper exercises and regular feedback to identify areas for improvement.
My aim is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing confidence and progressing at their own pace.
