My primary work is to talk to students and motivate them to devote time to the understand depth of the concept . My work is to encourage the students to come forward and work together as a team. provide support by way of information, guidance and follow-up. Posters, banners, pledge and practicality of the subject. I have been teaching student in government school and NGO's. I know every student have different grasping power and i teach them with what and how they understand the concept.
