I would prefer to coach students rather than teach, but if I was to teach, I would teach ESOL

I have worked in the education industry for many years; I am also fluent in French and Portuguese and have worked as a translator and interpreter for many years. I believe I can bring a lot to the students throughout my professional and life experience. I have been coaching young people for some time now and have been successful. I can say that I have also been successful with my daughters, who, as teenagers, went through difficult moments but have grown up to be highly intelligent and independent adults. Drawing upon this wealth of experience, I am committed to fostering an environment where students feel empowered to develop their own skills and confidence. My approach centres on offering encouragement, practical guidance, and empathetic support, allowing each individual to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. By tailoring my coaching to suit the unique needs of every student, I strive to inspire not only academic achievement but also personal growth and resilience, equipping them for success both within and beyond the classroom. My Portuguese and French can be an asset, as there are many foreign students. Additionally, I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where every learner feels valued and supported, encouraging them to embrace challenges and reach their full potential. Through a nurturing, culturally aware approach, I aim to empower students to develop confidence and adaptability, preparing them for the diverse opportunities and challenges they may encounter in life. I prefer coaching students, but I am open to teaching English.
