I offer supportive, encouraging sessions for young people who may be struggling with confidence, stress, anxiety, motivation, organisation and school pressure.
With over 20 years' experience in youth work and current counselling training, I provide a calm, neurodiverse-friendly approach tailored to each young people's needs.
Sessions can support:
-Confidence and self-esteem
-Emotional wellbeing
-Study stress and organisation
-Transition to Secondary School, college and future pathways
-Anxiety management techniques
-Motivation and routine building
-Supportive mentoring and listening
I also support young people navigating important transitions such as GCSE stress, choosing A Levels, moving to secondary school or college, and exploring future pathways and career choices.
Sessions focus on building confidence, reducing overwhelm, identifying strengths and interests, and helping young people feel more prepared for the future.
I am to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard, encouraged and empowered.
Sessions are delivered online and tailored around each young person's individual needs, goals and pace.
