I've been a tutor for over two years teaching all sciences, math, and occasionally history, computer science, and Spanish. My main focus is GCSE level, although I'm also qualified to teach A-level Biology and have significant experience teaching pupils under 13 years old.

My top priority is to make my students understand their subjects at a fundamental level while making the lesson fun and engaging. I achieve this by involving the student as much as possible, asking questions, and encouraging discussion. I take an empathetic approach and focus on curiosity and independent learning. You can find my relevant academic background in the last paragraph of this presentation.

I'll explain a bit how our lessons will look like:

I start by asking what it is that you find the hardest at school. I would then ask you more about concepts related to your struggles until I find something you understand.those things to help you better understand your needs. Using an online whiteboard, I'll detail something you find puzzling and show my approach to finding a solution. Finally, I'll explain the how and why of my approach, allowing you to develop your strategy. This will make you more independent and build self-confidence around the matter.

I completed Secondary School in Life Sciences and held a Vocational School Diploma in Biomedical Science. I took first-year University courses in Chemistry and Engineering. These included subjects like Physics, Biology, Statistics, Algebra, Calculus, etc. Lastly, I'm a self-taught personal trainer. Throughout this academic endeavor, I studied biomechanics and anatomy and have a solid knowledge of their application to weightlifting.
