My lessons with you will almost always depend on the specificities of where you currently are in your progress. You can expect plenty of writing, as well as a Q&A style lesson, by which I mean you can come to me with anything that you find difficult or confusing, and I'll do my best to get you to a higher level of proficiency with it.

I like to maintain a casual, friendly atmosphere in the lessons, so there's no need to be nervous. I understand - especially when it comes to learning a language - that you can feel a certain kind of pressure or impatience. There's no need for that kind of tension with me, you have all the time in the world, and I highly encourage you to use it.

If you need help with either the IELTS or CAE exam preparation, I also have extensive in-class experience with these exam subjects. This kind of lesson will differ slightly, in that there are generally accepted formats for the various questions within which there isn't much freedom to be creative.
Whatever their differences, both CAE and IELTS are very well-regarded qualifications, and I am happy to teach either. If this is what you're looking for, then you can expect very detailed feedback on pieces of writing, and lots of listening tests. That said, I can't very well punish you if you don't try too hard, so again - try not to be nervous. I'm a patient guy, and I'm eager to help.
