I would describe as well versed in maths, my lessons will be aimed at KS1 & KS2 students who feel stuck, or lack confidence

I will teach using a step by step approach, usinf ahort explainations followed by guided practice and independent questions that i will then mark and provide feedback with. I will indenify their strong or weak points and what needs more practice. I will break problems into simple steps and use examples and repetition to help students understand maths rather than just memorising solutions. I aim for each lesson to help build the students confidence,recall abilities and adapting the pace to their needs to ensure they are never overwhelmed and understand what is being taught.
