I would describe myself as a patient, approachable, and supportive tutor who is passionate about helping young learners.

I have previous experience working as a tutor for Explore Learning, where I taught children between the ages of 10 and 18. This helped me develop a flexible teaching style that adapts to different learning needs and abilities. In addition to tutoring, I’ve also worked as a housing support worker, which strengthened my communication skills and taught me the importance of building trust and rapport—especially in face-to-face settings. While this role is online, I bring that same personal approach to my virtual lessons, ensuring each student feels supported and understood. My lessons are aimed at students preparing for the 11 Plus who may need a bit of extra guidance or confidence in Maths. I focus on creating a positive, engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately growing in their skills.
