I would describe myself as hard-working, passionate and ambitious working with younger children to improve upon there mathematics

As someone who has been tutored before i would initial ask and test a student on what information they do and don't know. Then i would look at their technique is consistent and can continued to be used, as well as this i would look for weaknesses and help them improve in these areas by teaching them.
