During a 2024 Hackathon, My team and I created our own AI platform, Moracle, which is designed to optimize molecule selection in drug discovery. We delve into the process of selecting molecules based on their probabilities of binding to specific protein targets. Using the DiffDoc model, we analyze molecular structures and predict their binding abilities.
