The goal is to move from reactive stress to proactive care and resilience, fostering your can-do momentum. The content of my lessons is evidence based and focus on holistic wellbeing. We can cover a broad range of topics including academic success, emotional resilience, personal efficiency, and finding more contentment and joy in life in general.
I have been delivering trainings and therapy aimed at helping people feel less stressed and more balanced since 2008. My background includes an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, a Certificate in Counselling, a Diploma in Autogenic Training, and an MSc Biology. My mission is to help individuals and organisations rebuild internal capacity by integrating physiological recovery with the development of psychological resilience. By moving beyond mere ‘coping,’ we transform recovery into a foundation for long-term health – a state where life feels manageable, meaningful, and coherent. Engaging with these methods not only promote emotional well-being but they also boost cognitive functions that are instrumental in navigating the complexities of everyday life.
