I don't have much of experience as a tutor but I have more than 24 years of ongoing career in the industry. Being a trained chef since 1999 -when I went to culinary school back in Greece- and worked for many years in my country and in the UK, is what makes me capable of understanding the needs, worries or even simple questions that anyone interested in cooking has.
