Thanks to my experience both online and in person, I believe I can be a very helpful tutor. In math and physics, knowledge is built step by step, so a difficulty with an advanced topic is usually a basic gap carried forward. I ask questions around the topic to find where the reasoning broke down. I use this every day at a Brazilian online math and physics school, answering questions from high school to ITA/IME level (Brazil’s top engineering institutes) and Olympiads. Over four years of teaching, I have helped struggling students rebuild their foundations and regain confidence in STEM subjects.
