In my lessons, I aim to create a learning environment that feels structured, supportive, and practical. I believe that learning Chinese should not feel overwhelming or stressful, but clear and achievable step by step. My teaching style focuses on helping students actively use the language, rather than just memorizing rules or vocabulary.

I mainly use communicative language teaching and situational language teaching in my classes. This means that students are encouraged to speak, listen, and respond through meaningful contexts, such as daily conversations, common situations, or real-life topics. I also use the direct method whenever possible, helping students think in Chinese and become more familiar with natural expressions. At the same time, I understand that every learner is different, so I am always ready to adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s level, goals, and learning preferences.

I have nearly four years of teaching experience, including in-person group classes, one-on-one tutoring, and online lessons. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adult learners from different backgrounds. This experience has taught me how to manage different learning paces, personalities, and expectations, especially in an online learning environment.

In my classes, I pay close attention to students’ reactions and progress. I adjust the lesson pace when needed and make sure students feel comfortable asking questions or making mistakes. My goal is not only to teach the language, but also to help students build confidence and enjoy the learning process. I hope my lessons can provide clear guidance, steady progress, and a positive learning experience for every student.
