Let's embark on an adventure tailored just for you. Would you like to dance through the spice rack, explore the dark depths of the cupboard and marvel at the cool landscape of a well stocked fridge? You will learn how to get the best out of all ingredients and to throw things together on a fearless whim. Cooking isnt difficult, or scary. There's a few things to know that can change your perception and boost your cooking confidence through the roof. I will share many tips, tricks and concepts to make your learning efficient and effective. I specialise in vegetarian food but can teach with meat and fish on request I am a trained macrobiotic cook, and a mind, body eating coach. I can help you with specific dietary requirements, or advise on how to eat to maximise digestion and enhance health.

I highly recommend Eat Sense to anyone who is looking to learn more about the wonderful world of food. I was enlightened to many different foods, cooking methods and clever techniques, and through some fun food tests I have discovered various tastes and styles which has made cooking and food shopping so much more enjoyable and exciting. The course was almost therapeutic in its approach and was delivered so authentically and with such passion by Red, that I found myself eagerly looking forward to my next session. Eat Sense has helped me to understand my body and its needs, being conscious of my food choices and connecting mindfully with the food I was eating and how it made me feel both physically and emotionally. Learning from you Red was actually a real life saving life changing experience. I was totally hopeless in the kitchen, and never fed myself properly. Your simple recipes and neat tips for cooking have given me a confidence and now I am taking on cooking things I never would have had the confidence to do before. I cannot actually believe the changes that have come about since our lessons. I'm working with real, live herbs now and mixing and matching like I could never imagined.
