Ciao! I'm Silvana, a fourth-generation artisan pasta maker from Naples, now residing in London. With a family pasta-making heritage dating back to 1893, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

As a child, my nonna Rosa introduced me to pasta making as a means of channelling my energy. From those early days, my passion for this craft grew, and I eventually assisted in my family's pastificio until its closure in -, I began sharing my expertise, driven by the desire to dispel confusion surrounding pasta and Italian cuisine.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of appearing as a pasta expert on BBC2, publishing recipes in The Local Italy, conducting pasta making demonstrations at Harrods, and being recognized as a top workshop provider by the newspaper "i."
