I like to think of myself as someone who can work great in a team. I am great at empathising with people's weaknesses in a topic and I motivate them to find the fun in getting better at something you are initially not great at.

I will help my student understand the core concepts of everything and never demotivate them no matter how weak they are at the subject. We all start somewhere and sometimes to move forward your basics need to be made stronger so I will always use refreshers of the basics before moving on to more complex topics.
