Hello! I provide students with an interactive experience meaning they can tell me what their objectives are and how they feel they learn best. I work on anything they are less confident with and provide set goals at the start of each class to achieve by the end. I also provide a monthly target list of how the student will progress so they can see how far they have come.
It is up to the student to guide areas of focus and I will create a lesson plan before each session. This will include:
- areas to focus on
- what they have learnt at school that week
- what they find challenging / easy
- content learning
- sample questions.

I will then mark the work and provide them with results before each lesson to go through. Each student may be diffferent and so this style may change from student to student. However, each class will be engaging and ensure that they are supported throughout. The sim is at the end of each lesson they are able to understand more than when they went into the lesson. Confidence and support is key!
