I am an experienced, supportive tutor with strong skills in English and maths, assessment, lesson planning and progress tracking. I also bring leadership and management skills training, including organising learning plans, setting clear goals, monitoring progress and communicating effectively with parents to support consistent improvement.I use clear explanations, modelling and guided practice, then build independence through targeted tasks and feedback. Lessons are adapted to each learner’s gaps, confidence and goals, using structured resources, questioning and regular review so learners understand, practise and improve.
