I believe teaching requires consistency, passion and a desire to ensure what’s being taught is understood. Every student has a different way of learning and I am a massive advocate in specialised approach. This could range from reading to visual learning, ultimately creating an engaging environment where interest is taken, with no shortness of repetition and discussing topics until they are fully understood. After this I believe it is necessary for a student to test themselves, this is where knowledge must convert into answering questions and an organised form of displaying what has been learnt. I believe in practicing exam style questions and fully understand how to do this with a set of objectives which would acquire a desirable result. Lastly, reviewing and critique will allow students to learn from their understanding and exams in order to improve further.
