I have three years of teaching experience, and the structure of my lessons is highly dependent on each student’s needs. I usually begin with a short, free introductory call to understand what the student and their parent expect, as well as any specific requirements such as learning difficulties or areas they find challenging. If there is no preferred teaching style, I tailor the lessons to the exam board requirements. Each session is typically divided into two parts: a teaching section and a practice section. The balance between these varies depending on the student’s ability. I start by introducing the topic clearly and then focus on applying knowledge through as many practice questions as possible.
