Advert description
Hi! I’m Arianna and I am currently studying French and Spanish at St John’s College, University of Cambridge. I am bilingual in Italian and at A-Levels I studied French, Spanish, Italian and Mathematics, achieving A*s in all four subjects. In my first-year university examinations, I obtained a 1st in both French and Spanish. In particular, in the French exam I scored the 5th highest mark in the University and was awarded the McAulay Scholarship and the Wright Prize for my results. I have just completed my second year examinations in which I also achieved a 1st class and placed 9th in the university out of 134 students.
I have been tutoring GCSE and A-Level students over the past few years, particularly in Italian, Spanish and French. My sessions typically focus on improving language skills as well as confidence. Equally, I have previously tutored students for the MML Admissions process, guiding them through writing personal statements and interview prep. I always aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. On a personal level, I would also say that I am a driven and cheerful student which allows me to create productive sessions that are genuinely enjoyable.
