Understanding each person’s personality and characteristics will help in ensuring how you handle them and how to approach your lesson, for examples some learner are fast learner, while some need more time and patience in order to understand. Some learn better in groups and while some require that special one on one attention. This is all about paying attention to your learners so that you can offer them quality learning I have taught at a foundation phase for 5 years.
